On my 'What is Vision Coaching' page I talk about turbo-charging the manifesting process. In order to magnetize your hopes, dreams and goals towards you, it is advantageous to engage your primary senses. You are looking to engender a physical and emotional response that mimics what you would be feeling if you were seeing, hearing and even feeling your desires if they were right here, right now. You have to step inside your dream and when you do, providing it is within the realms of physical possibility, this almost guarantees it will become a reality. For example, seeing a person you know in a photograph is a world away from their physical presence. When you are conscious of their presence all your senses start working overtime as your vibrational energies become intertwined. You need to ‘intertwine’ yourself with your desire. The power is always in the present moment and if your goal still seems out of your reach, that’s where it will stay until you take steps to pull it towards you.
Many of you have already purchased a Vision Board to assist in this process and have written to tell me how much you love the product and the incredible results you are achieving with it.

Deciding to see the positive in every situation can change your day but if you want to change your life then you are going to have to apply consistent effort.
Here are some of the other tools that I use on a consistent basis – ones that I know help me to achieve results:-.
Mind Zoom is a fabulous piece of software that delivers subliminal affirmations at speeds which bypass your conscious mind, sending them directly to your sub-conscious. The inbuilt ‘Silent Subliminal Messaging System’ translates text affirmations into speech that are then delivered through a High Frequency sound envelope. These reach the brain but are not heard by the human ear. It’s all very safe and you remain in control, as you can choose what you see, and you can choose to have subliminal messages on or off.
I sometimes programme the affirmations I have created (you can use their default ones too) on a slower setting. This way I can alternate between subliminal and conscious input. You can choose to see your affirmations appear either in the centre, or one of the four corners, of your screen. Their colour and font can be of your choosing too.
So every time I am at my computer either my screen saver from Vision Board is running or my affirmations from MindZoom are silently empowering me to reach my goals whilst I’m working on something else. Brilliant!
Another tool that may interest you is the CD’s I use from The Monroe Institute. Researchers discovered what the ancients already knew, that specific sound patterns can lead the brain into various states of consciousness, ranging from deep relaxation to expanded awareness. The recordings do not utilise subliminal techniques but they provide sounds and music targeted to achieve hemispheric synchronization.
There is a huge range of CD’s on offer to target all kinds of requirements. They can engender stress reduction, meditation, sleep enhancement, and pain control, but for the purposes of manifesting I recommend those which focus on financial success, personal growth, expanded awareness and creative flow. What else? Well, those of you who subscribe to my quarterly newsletter will have seen my article entitled The Law of Attraction and Colour. Your choice of colours is paramount for understanding your vibrational state and what you are going to attract. The phrase ‘red rag to a bull’ was not plucked out of thin air! In my newsletter I wrote:
It must be understood that everything in the Universe is energy. Light, sound, heat, magnetism, color, and electrical energies are all different forms of one source of energy and they differ in manifestation only in the rate of vibration. All matter is simply energy condensed into form. This includes the clothes you put on your body, the food you put in your body and indeed anything you have contact with. As energy expresses itself to our sense of sight as a colour the metaphysically aware can tell something about the nature of an energy simply by noting its colour……….

One final tip which I would like to offer you as a way of ensuring you are doing everything possible to come into a vibrational alignment with your desires is to utilise a function that is present on many mobile phones. I use my phone as an alarm and when it goes off in the morning, instead of a bell or a tune, I hear messages that I have pre-recorded. This morning I awoke to hear the repeated phrase:
“I trust the universal spirit of prosperity to provide richly for me now. Divine wisdom guides every decision I make today”
